Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted files, spelling, dimensions, and layout details before approval.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
All pricing is subject to change without notice until an order is formally accepted. Payment may be required in full or in part before production begins. Taxes, shipping charges, design services, rush fees, and other applicable charges may be added where appropriate.
4. Production Timelines
Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, material availability, proof approval timing, and production capacity. Delays caused by incomplete information, revised artwork, or customer approval timing may affect delivery schedules.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers once an order has left our facility. Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
6. Returns, Replacements, and Claims
Custom products are generally non-returnable. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within the timeframe stated in our return or claims policy, along with supporting photographs and order details. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, including replacement, repair, credit, or other resolution where applicable.
7. Product Use and Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used, handled, installed, and maintained appropriately for their intended application. We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, environmental conditions, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
