Return Policy

We take pride in producing high-quality acrylic products for business customers. Because many of our items are custom-made, our return policy is structured to address custom production, damaged shipments, and approved returns as clearly as possible.

Custom Orders

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom acrylic products, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. This includes products made to customer-provided specifications, artwork, sizing, finishes, or branding requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs, dimensions, and order details before final approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, or other resolution is appropriate.

Eligible Returns

Non-custom, standard items may be eligible for return only with prior approval. Return requests must typically be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Conditions

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or an approved product defect. Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us before returning any item.
  2. Include your order number, business name, and reason for the request.
  3. If damage occurred in transit, include photos of the product and packaging.
  4. Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved returns are reviewed after they are received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.
  • If a replacement is approved, production will begin after review and confirmation.
  • Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

Important Notice

Color variation, minor dimensional tolerances, and other slight differences that can occur during custom production may not be considered defects. We encourage all customers to review product details, proofs, and specifications carefully prior to order approval.
